About the project
Do you know that feeling: “There is someone who truly believes in me!”? Do you remember how good that felt? Now imagine what this feeling means for families who face the daily challenges of caring for a seriously or life-limiting ill child. Together with the SURI FREY customer family, we want to support exactly these families — and invite YOU to become a children’s hero too! Sometimes, a single act of kindness is enough to give people new strength and hope during difficult times.
That is why we launched the #togetherforkids project. Together with you, we want to support families with seriously ill children and bring small moments of light and joy into their everyday lives. Because we believe: no child and no family should have to walk this path alone.
This is exactly where KinderEngel RheinMain e. V. comes in. With great dedication and compassion, the volunteers of the association support families with seriously or life-limiting ill children and teenagers. Wherever other forms of support are not enough, KinderEngel provides help in an uncomplicated, personal and understanding way. Donations are used to finance important medical aids and animal-assisted therapies that are often only partially covered — or not covered at all — by health insurance providers. At the same time, KinderEngel creates a valuable network of supporters, organizations and affected families to ensure help reaches those who need it most. With every purchase at SURI FREY, you support projects like KinderEngel RheinMain e. V. — helping to give affected families hope, support and precious moments of joy.
Past Projects
As part of #togetherforkids, we have already supported the midwife consultation service of the German Child Protection Association Offenbach am Main e.V. as well as the organization Kinderlachen e.V.
