Right of withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal. Consumers are any natural person who complete a legal transaction for the purposes that cannot be attributed to either their commercial activities or their independent professional activity.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within 1 month without stating reasons.
The cancellation period is 1 month from the day on which you or a third party appointed by you who is not the carrier have or has taken possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Meier Logistik GmbH, Zum Geisberg 5a, 66740 Saarlouis, Germany, Tel.: +49 (0)6831-4876504, Fax +49 (0)6831-4876549, e-mail: service@surifrey.com), by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to revoke this contract. You may use the attached sample cancellation form for this. However, this is not prescribed.
To observe the cancellation period, it is sufficient to submit the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal prior to the expiry of the cancellation period.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we have to refund to you all the payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you selected another type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) immediately but no later than fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your revocation of this contract has been received by us. For this repayment, we use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged fees due to this repayment. We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or transfer the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than within fourteen days of the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. This period is met if you sent the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period. We bear the cost of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods, if this loss of value can be attributed to handling that is not necessary for an examination of the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not pre-fabricated and for which an individual selection or provision by the consumer is essential or that are clearly tailored to the personal requirements of the consumer.
